An email signature generator without the usual friction

Most free email signature generators ask for your email address to "send you" the signature, or force you to create an account before letting you see the result. This tool does the opposite: pick a template, fill in your details, watch the live preview update, and download or copy the HTML. No steps in between.

The whole process happens in your browser. There’s no server storing your contact details, no backend processing your company information. Close the tab and nothing is left behind.

Built for teams, not just one person

What sets this apart from most email signature editors is the people step: define your company details once (branding, address, legal text, booking CTA) and then add each team member. Everyone inherits that base and only their own details change: name, role, contact info and social links.

On the last step you download every signature for the whole team at once, each in its own .html file, ready to hand out.

Why signature HTML works in every email client

Email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo) don’t render modern HTML: they ignore external stylesheets, Flexbox and most of CSS3. That’s why every signature this tool generates is built with HTML tables and styles declared inline on every element, the same technique used by corporate signatures that actually look right everywhere.

The result is a self-contained file of just a few kilobytes, with no classes or external dependencies, and colors declared explicitly so the signature looks the same on light and dark backgrounds.
