Your team uses AI. But is it actually working?
Without a clear strategy, every new tool is just another expense. In 30 minutes I'll tell you exactly what's failing and what your first real step is.
What we hear from those who come here
Do any of these sound familiar?
"We're paying for AI but I don't know if it's doing anything."
Active subscriptions, team experimenting, and zero clarity on the real impact on productivity or revenue.
"Something new comes out every week and I no longer know what to follow."
Without clear criteria to decide, each new tool is a distraction, not an advantage.
"Nobody on the team knows how to use it well — and I don't have time to teach either."
Some ignore AI out of fear, others use it wrong. And you run the business — you can't be the internal trainer.
"I've heard the EU AI Act affects me but I don't know what to do."
It's been in force since 2024. It can carry fines. And most SMEs don't know if it applies to their business.

How the Free Audit Works
30 structured minutes where we go from "I don't know what to do with AI" to "this is what I'm going to do and why".
Quick diagnosis: What are you using now? What's working? What's not?
Opportunity identification: Where the biggest impact lies with the least effort.
Initial roadmap: What to do first, what to delegate, what to avoid for now.
Clear next step: You leave knowing exactly what to do after hanging up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to know about AI or technology to work with you?
No. If you've never used AI, even better — no bad habits to unlearn. My job is to make technology make sense for your business, from wherever you are.
How do I know which service I need?
You don't need to know beforehand. Most people start with "I'm not quite sure where to begin." That's what the free diagnosis is for: understanding your situation and honestly telling you what makes sense to do first. If there's nothing to work on, I'll tell you.
Do you work with freelancers or only with companies?
With both. Most of my clients are freelancers and businesses of 1 to 10 people — exactly the profile that benefits most from having someone with a complete business vision without needing an entire department.
Does the EU AI Act affect me if I'm a small business?
Possibly yes. It affects any company that uses, develops or distributes AI systems within the EU, regardless of size. Most SMEs don't know if it applies to them, and that lack of knowledge is the main risk. An audit gives you certainty before it becomes a problem.
How long does a project take?
A diagnosis is ready in days. A more complete project usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks. Support is ongoing as long as you need it. In the initial call we set realistic timelines based on your situation.
Can I start with something small and see if it makes sense?
Yes, and that's the norm. Many clients start with the free diagnosis or a specific service, and expand when they see results. No lock-in contracts. You decide each step.
What if during the audit you see I don't need your help?
I'll tell you directly. If what you have is already working well, I'll say so. If there's something you can solve on your own, same. There's no interest in selling you something you don't need — honesty is the foundation of any working relationship that lasts.
